Kohla AB, corporate registration number 556608-3787, a corporation duly organized and validly existing under the laws of Sweden, hereinafter referred to as Kohla, is a wholesaler and reseller of electric motorbikes, hereinafter referred to as the Surron bike/s.

The website is in operation all at any given moment, be it day or night. After making the order, the full package of the merchandise shall arrive soon at Kohla which operates on weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm (GMT +1) with the exception of public holidays. There is a two week return period if not content with the package upon which you can return the item.
You must confirm payments for your order to be placed. Or in the case of payment by invoice, you must pay the invoice for your order to be placed.
Kohla prioritize the minimization of carbon footprint rather than express freight why Kohla keep a minimal stock in Sweden. In the case your motorbike is in stock it will be ready to pick up within 2 operation days. If not in stock it will take a minimum of 5 operation days at Surron manufacturing center in China to produce and assemble your motorbike and shipping takes aprox. four weeks depending on where in the world you are located. This only occurs during working days that are from Monday to Fridays except for public holidays. You are then informed of the exact venue and date to pick your package.
In countries belonging to the EU all Kohla products will be delivered DDP, Delivered Duty Paid, accordingly to Incoterms 2010 to the address of the buyer. Orders to other countries than those mentioned above will be shipped DAP, Delivered At Place, accordingly to Incoterms 2010. This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do get such additional charges they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
We deliver within Europe.
When receiving the item, you are required to sign otherwise item(s) won’t be left with you. Additionally, logistics works from 8 am to 5 pm on business days. Additional shipping cost is included on the invoice at the checkout.
No refund of shipping cost in failures to collect your item.
Track your order
Kohla is temporarily unable to have tracking information automatically emailed for your order. Please email Kohla client service for tracking information.
Because of the courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to send products to more than one address, kindly place one order for each address. You will be charged for shipping the orders independently. You can find complete information about shipping outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Returns & Exchanges
Within 14 days following the purchase of the items, you are permitted to exchange or return the items if not being used.
The order must be returned to us in perfect and absolute clean condition in the original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. The original packaging must be fully intact for the return to go through well. Kohla cannot accept returns that are dirty, where labels have been removed or tampered with in any way. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the client’s expense.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product. Credit card refunds are directed to the card originally used for buying the item. Paypal refunds are directed to the PayPal accountto the original purchaser’s credit card. If the item was invoiced refunds are directed to the original purchaser’s bank account, that you need to inform us about if this is the case. Items bought at the Kohla web shop can only be exchanged subject to availability.
Instruction for returns, exchanges & refunds
- Return of an item requires possession of a return authorization (RA) number; without which there will be no acceptance of the returned item.
- To poses a return authorization, within 14 days from when the delivery was received, email us at [email protected] State why you claim the return and provide us with your purchase/invoice number together with full name and contact details.
- Returned item should be in untouched condition with original tags placed on the package.
- The packaging of the manufacturer should be visible either in writing or marks. • Return Shipping Methods – customers use their means to take the item back to the Kohla store at clients’s expense.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and other extra costs and Kohla will only call for return when there was shipment error in this case we cater for such expenses.
- Koala has no responsibility resulting from damage or loss of the item since we recommend insuring the item via logistics and keep tracking number until complete refund has been done
Kohla assures the legitimacy of our products to be of high quality and destined for their recommended purpose with no problems with manufacturing process or craftsmanship. In case of any issue with our product, kindly inform us through email before returning to cut off charges for posting an item. For items bought through our website email us at [email protected] We will respond to your claim with a solution and return procedure when necessary. Full Warranty Policy
Kohla warrants that the products sold by Kohla are free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship when delivered to the buyer. The Surron warranty for the battery is limited to 12 months and max 5000 km. The Surron warranty for the motorbike, except the battery, is limited to 12 months when used on road (max 45 km/h) and 6 months when used off-road, from the date of delivery and is limited to the original buyer. The warranty does not cover against damages caused by un-normal wear and tear. The warranty does not apply in the event of abuse, neglect, carelessness, using the product in any way other than intended, not following the recommended battery managment, replacement with any part or accessory other than original Surron parts and products, attempt of reparation or modification unless expressly permitted in writing by Kohla. Kohla waives all responsibility for any third party for consequences that might result from the use or handling of any Surron product by any legal or natural person.
- According to Kohla AB, the items are in good condition for the recommended purpose of delivery to our agents.
- Under normal situations, the product has one year warranty since purchase and only to the original buyer. • The warranty does exclude abuse, neglect, carelessness, improper use of the item other than recommended purpose, repairs or modifications with exception of written permission from Kohla.
- Warranty doesn’t cover aging consequences of the item after continuous usage.
- Warranty claim requires evidence of item purchase.
- Kohla warranty avoids other agreements whether general or special and doesn’t allow any representation to take over the liability responsibility regarding the sale of the product.
- Unless stated, Kohla has no warrantees or guarantees.
- Kohla is not responsible for any effects resulting from a third party using our product by any recommended individual.
- Kohla is not responsible for any injuries on people, animals or items as a result of using the products.
The recommended storage temperature for your battery is 15°C in a dry environment.
Battery should be stored at around a 40 percent state-of-charge. This minimizes age-related capacity loss while keeping the battery operational.
If you do not plan to ride your bike for a few weeks, flip up the battery cover, locate the main switch and disarm it. This will disconnect the battery from the bikes electrical system to avoid draining it to zero. Monitor the battery once a month and check if it still holds the charge. Top it up with the charger if necessarily. Avoid storing the battery in a warm environment – this will shorten its life span. Avoid storing your battery fully charged – this will shorten its life span. Never charge your battery while its temperature is at subzero, this will shorten its life span. If you plan to ride during the cold season, a warm battery will give you longer range and better perfomance. To get the most perfomance, take a ride hot of the charger – right after the charge.
General Terms & Conditions
General terms and conditions are meant to regulate our users at ridesurron.com. Their validity extends to future transactions with Kohla as well as visits to ridesurron.com. The right to revise terms and conditions remains with Kohla. Users are requested to keep themselves updated with changes by checking the updated dates placed at the end of terms and conditions.
At times, there might be a deficit of stock at the time client places an order at ridesurron.com. During such times, we try to contact our clients by phone or by email.
There is a time when there are inaccuracies or other errors concerning the content of ridesurron.com. Kohla, therefore, doesn’t warranty this uncertainty caused by such errors. Moreover, Kohla cannot guarantee that all content is updated since they can be altered at any time.
Errors are prone to occur, but Kohla tries its level best to display free of error texts, images, as well as prices in the site and web shop. When a client feels that he/she have been wrongly charging, there is an option to place another correctly priced order or cancel the pending request. If the communication between the client and us is not able to grow through, the order may be automatically be canceled.

In such cases, Kohla acts as an intermediary therefore not responsible for errors resulting from those organization activities. Kohla is not liable for damages arising from using the site or not. Kohla may sometimes refer to as ‘us’ in the Terms and Conditions. Clients are advised to use these materials for personal use but not for commercial purposes. Payment & Pricing
Accepted payment methods are by Visa, MasterCard and by Invoice, amount is charged with dispatching the item. Delivery/purchase to a EU country shall be paid in Euros (EUR), except for Sweden where purchases are paid in SEK, and includes VAT. Delivery/purchase to Norway and Iceland shall be paid in EUR. Delivery/purchase to all countries outside EU be paid in EUR. For all these other countries, the price is excluding local taxes, customs or other related costs.

Credit and debits cards, Visa and MasterCard a are accepted credit card payment methods. Kohla withholds the full amount on clients account when processing an order until the time of shipment when the amount is subtracted from the ridesurron.com transact their payment using a highly secured internet related payment method that keeps card details in a confidential place. Cards must be a cross-check to be validated, and Kohla has the right to withhold orders requiring security concerns. Payment information is erased from Kohlas database for the interests of security.
Online payment is also allowed using Paypal which stores and an individual card and bank details without constantly entering personal financial information during shopping. A few clicks take you through the checkout and Paypal continue the payment process by taking money from your card or directly from PayPal balance. Your payment details are held secure with no third party sharing.
Taxes and Duties
Delivery/purchase to a EU country shall be paid in Euros (EUR), expect for Sweden where payments are made in SEK, and includes VAT.
Delivery/purchase outside EU shall be paid in EUR. For all these other countries the price is excluding local taxes, customs or other related costs.

Item refunding are guaranteed within a month of delivery. The return must comply with Kohla’s terms for Returns & Exchanges. The clients is responsible for shipping. The client, therefore, caters to return merchandise charge.
For refunding, clients will wait for a fortnight before getting their money back to the original credit card of the purchaser. Additional duties or taxes and shipping cost will not be refunded.
The inclusion of VAT for countries within the EU will be done in the refund.
Violation of rules
Kohla seeks justice in the event of violation of the terms and conditions. Therefore, persons found guilty of any offense concerning the preserved rights are prosecuted.
The contract between Kohla and you is not permanent and can be terminated by either party. The force majeure factors may take the form of civil wars, government regulations, industrial unrest, and electricity failure amongst other factors not forgetting natural disasters that are beyond the firm’s control. Kohla deletes personal data in accordance with applicable law. This means, for example, that Kohla deletes or depersonalises personal data when there is no longer a purpose for processing the personal data.

Kohla AB ensures that other Kohla companies receive clear guidelines concerning the processing of personal data and defines the purposes for which Kohla AB use personal data.
